It’s been about 150 years since a new identity has been formed – a queer identity, effecting culture and art life. It’s been about 150 years since mankind is ignoring all signs and warnings, and the modern human society continues in a destructive behavior destroying the planet we live on.

The climate in recent years is proving us again and again, that the regular patterns we learned to expect (hot in summer, cold in winter) are changing rapidly, and we must adapt or get extinct.

The climate is no longer willing to be included under a clear definition.

The climate is queer - get used to it.

Pan Homo Art Gallery invited our artists to present in an exhibition making the current climate crisis present – but in a queer perspective. We always knew how to break the patterns, to create and present new worlds – now we reflect the current crisis – but in our own way. Join us. 

This exhibition is supported by ART BROWN – the new art initiative by Brown Hotels collection to support local and international art.

חלפו בערך 150 שנה מאז שקמה לה זהות חדשה – זהות קווירית, שמשפיעה על עולם התרבות והאמנות. מזה בערך 150 שנה שהאדם מתעלם מאזהרות ותמרורים בשטח והחברה האנושית המודרנית ממשיכה בהתנהגות שהורסת את הכדור שעליו אנחנו חיים.

האקלים בעשור האחרון מוכיח לנו שוב ושוב שהתבניות שחשבנו שקיימות (חם בקיץ, קר בחורף) משתנות ללא הרף, ועלינו להתאים את עצמנו, או להיכחד.
האקלים כבר לא מוכן להיכלל תחת הגדרה ברורה.

גלריה פאן לאמנות הומוסקסואלית מזמינה את אמניה להציג בתערוכה שמנכיחה את משבר האקלים – אך בפרספקטיבה קווירית. תמיד ידענו לשבור את התבניות, ליצור ולהציג עולמות חדשים - כעת אנחנו משקפים את המשבר הנוכחי – אבל בדרכנו. הצטרפו אלינו.
