Shipping policy

We ship our items up to 7 business days after payment is complete, usually with DHL Express or equivalent services. Shipping is always insured, and takes between four and six weeks, depending on client and artwork location.

Flat rate shipping fees are 60€-95€ for a standard size tube roll or small box and 230€-250€ for a regular size box (370€ for packages over 1kg to Germany, 450€ to Australia).
Large box is 550€. Regular envelope is 15€. 

Returns do not include shipping and handling fees. Refunds are made after deducting 7.5% restocking fee.
